Field Training Manager
This exciting hybrid Training & Sales Development role requires 3-5 years of proven medical sales experience in areas such as Spine (preferred), Bone Stim, Surgical, or Peripheral Medical Sales with office-based sales call points. Knowledge of Orthopedic and spine anatomy/physiology and common surgical procedures is essential
Ideal candidates are passionate about training and mentoring others, perhaps transitioning from a field sales role to help develop new talent by sharing their expertise and experiences.
Travel up to 50% (typically 2-3 days per week for three weeks a month), mostly within the region, with some trips to Jacksonville for training or new hire onboarding when required.
