The key responsibilities of the Product Manager are: PRODUCT & PROCEDURAL SUPPORT • Develop brand business plans in conjunction with team inputs • Drive portfolio reviews and product life cycles • Act as the primary point of contact for technical or product-related enquiries • Forecasting requirements for existing and new products • Define portfolio opportunities (new and life-cycle enhancements) • Develop key opinion leaders and support the clinical research and podium strategy • Assist and host surgeon visits to key Centers of Excellence • Develop and support medical education functions and industry meetings • Plan & execute local launch programs • Provide comprehensive training packages for Naviswiss staff, Hospital staff & surgeons • Manage sales support and marketing materials, congruent with global branding guidelines • Compiling market data in support of product portfolio, including market positions, shares and targets for senior management • Reviewing journals and other publications for dissemination of relevant information • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients • Attend the OR as required in order to provide technical support KNOWLEDGE, COMPLIANCE & ADMINISTRATION • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Naviswiss standard operating procedures and policies to ensure compliance at all times • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, cutting-edge techniques & relevant competitor products • Ensure company-related activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards • Engage with the quality management system to ensure any portfolio related issues, complaints or improvements are managed per company processes • Participate in routine meetings with Naviswiss AG as required • Other duties as assigned
